Watermelon Moscow Mules
Dave has been wanting to make some sort of watermelon summer cocktail recently and settled on Moscow mules with dinner last night. This is easy to make and incredibly refreshing!
Inspired by Fine Cooking.
Ingredients:
-1.5 cups watermelon pieces, blended
-3 oz vodka
-1.5 oz lime juice
-2 oz ginger beer per serving
-lime and watermelon garnish
Blend the watermelon in a food processor (or in a magic bullet) until liquefied. Stir the vodka, liquid watermelon and lime juice together and pour over ice, into pre-frozen Moscow mule mugs. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime and watermelon and serve immediately.
