Honey Pear Cocktail

This easy-to-make cocktail will pair with almost any holiday meal! I thought the drink was well-rounded and pretty smooth. 

Slightly adapted from The Almond Eater.

Pair with: 
Mini Mushroom and Gorgonzola Bites

-4 cups pear juice
-6 ounces vodka
-3 ounces Grand Marnier
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 rosemary sprig
-Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Combine the pear juice, vodka, Grand Marnier, honey, and rosemary in a large pitcher. Let the flavors combine in the fridge for one hour prior to serving. 

If desired, rim glasses with cinnamon sugar and serve with an additional sprig of rosemary.
