Chili Crisp Butter Board

Butter boards were all the rage on TikTok and other social media platforms in early fall. I don't really need to consume large amounts of butter but I thought the concept was fun and I wanted to try it out for blog Thanksgiving. Even though everyone was initially skeptical this was a hit at my house and there weren't any leftovers from the butter board so take that for what you will. Since the size of your board will determine how much of each ingredient you use this is more of a butter board inspiration idea than a recipe but below are the ingredients I used for this particular board (I used a little less than 1/2 the butter and then a small amount of each of the other ingredients). 

Inspired by Aubrey's Kitchen

-Good butter, softened, we used Kerrygold
-Chili crisp/oil from chili crisp jar
-Roasted garlic cloves
-Sesame seeds
-Fresh bread, for serving 

To create the butter board spread the softened butter out on the plate or board of your choosing. Top with dollops of chili crisp as well as some of the oil from the jar. Add the roasted garlic cloves, sesame seeds, and microgreens. Serve with fresh bread.
