Spicy Sesame Peanut Noodles

I found this recipe on Pinterest and thought that it would be good to try since we already had a lot of the ingredients. This makes a pretty decent amount, maybe about four or five servings.

Serve with Sweet & Tangy Cheese Wontons.

From About.com.

Ingredients:
-2/3 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-2 green onions, sliced
-2 tbsp sesame oil
-1/2 tsp ginger powder
-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
-juice from one lime
-1/2 pound pasta or noodles, cooked
-2 tbsp sesame seeds

Heat together the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, green onions, sesame oil,  ginger, cayenne and lime juice in a small sauce pan (everything except for the pasta and sesame seeds). Stir until thoroughly combined.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir until all of the pasta is coated.
Serve with more green onions and sesame seeds.

Overall I thought that this recipe was good, the peanut sauce had great flavor and the green onions and sesame seeds added to the dish. I took the leftovers to work with me the next day, the pasta was a little drier, but the flavors were still good.
