Mini Twiced Baked Potatoes
We are getting close to the 2 year anniversary of this blog! So for the next 2 weeks we have some recipes that we have remade some of our old recipes and gave them a new twist, then we will have some retries of recipes that went wrong. This was a remake of one of my favorite recipes Twice Baked Red Potatoes, but with the twist of making a spicy version.
Ingredients:
-bag of mini red potatoes
-sour cream
-cheddar cheese
-chipotle pepper
-hot sauce
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 450 for 30 minutes.
Take the potatoes out, and once they cool, cut them in half, and, scoop out the middle.
| Mix the middle of the potatoes with the other ingredients. I just used a little of each until it looked to be a good consistency. Use as much chipotle pepper and hot sauce to your taste. |
