Havarti Grilled Cheese with Harissa
This hodgepodge of a grilled cheese sandwich was created on a random evening, because I was making more of a side dish for dinner and wanted to supplement the meal. These ingredients sounded like they would be good together and this ended up being very tasty.

Ingredients:
-Multi-grain Bread
-Spinach
-Sauteed onion
-Havarti
-Harissa paste (mild)
-Butter
Layer the harissa paste on the inside of one piece of bread, and mustard on the other. Add the spinach, sauteed onions, and havarti cheese. Put the pieces of bread together and spread a little butter on the outside of the bread, cook in a hot skillet until the bread is lightly browned and the cheese is melted.

I liked the zing the harissa added to the sandwich and I thought the spice paired well with the mustard on the sandwich. Havarti is a mild cheese, but it helped give the other ingredients a chance to shine individually.
