Dutch Baby Oven Pancake

I first saw this recipe on the Food Network and it looked like a great recipe to try so when I found it again on Pinterest. You'll need to use a completely metal skillet for this recipe, there can't be any plastic on the handle, your nonstick pans are fine though up to 400 degrees and that's the temperature this recipe is cooked at. Find the original here.

Ingredients
-tablespoons unsalted butter
-2 large eggs
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup whole milk
-1/4 teaspoon  salt
-Fruit and powdered sugar, for serving, if desired
Drop the butter into the center of the skillet and place in the oven while it heats to 400 degrees.
Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk and salt.
Take the skillet out of the oven, take care it's hot!
Pour the batter into the skillet.
Ready to bake.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden.
Be careful, it's hot!
Slide off of the pan onto a plate.
It will start to deflate pretty quickly.
Add desired toppings.
Slice and serve.
This tasted just like a pancake made on a griddle and it was much better because someone didn't need to stand and flip the pancakes. We made this recipe in a 9 inch pan and between J and I we ate all but one piece which was allocated to one of his roommates. When we make this recipe again I'll probably double it and make another Dutch Baby once the other comes out of the oven.
