Brie Bruschetta Dip
We really like brie, as you can tell from our recent posts. We've also recently had Green Bean Casserole Grilled Cheese, Brie Soup, Apple and Walnut Pancake with Brie. So this recipe is another that uses brie, one of my favorite cheeses. The original recipe comes from Magpie's Recipes.
Ingredients:
-1 Tomato
-1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Basil
-1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
-1 tsp. Olive Oil
-1/2 Wheel Brie
-french bread
Slice the bread and toast in the oven until slightly browned. |
Dice the tomatoes. |
Cut off the rind of the brie (it won't melt, you can see the little bit I still had left on mine) and melt it slightly in the microwave. |
Mix in the other ingredients. |
Serve with bread. |
