Sweet Potato S'mores

As I mentioned in a blog in November, one of the restaurant's that Jimmy and I both love serves sweet potato fries with maple mayo sauce, delicious! This recipe looked like a fun one to try, easy to eat and nice change from typical dessert.

-1 bag Sweet Potato Waffle Fries
-12 "fun size" Hershey's Chocolate Bars
-12 marshmallows

This recipe is great because you can adjust it based on how many people you're serving. We didn't make a whole bag since there were only three of us.

Bake the sweet potato fries according to package directions.

I won't lie to you...I was distracted and burnt the first batch.
Pay attention to your potatoes! 
Top each half with a marshmallow. 
Broil for one minute.
Top with a mini chocolate bar. 
Add the top layer of sweet potato. 

Eat these with a fork, they're messy! The boys didn't like these, but I thought they were great. The perfect amount of sweet and salty, with only three ingredients this is a great way to use leftover marshmallows from summer.
