Baked Ravioli

It's exam season! If you are (or have ever been) a student you know the sheer horror that this time can bring. Here's a three ingredient dinner which has a longer cook time than prep time and is sure to be a crowd pleasure. You can find the original recipe here.

-1 bag (25 Oz. Bag) Frozen Ravioli
-1 jar (26 Oz. Jar) Marinara Sauce
-2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-Parmesan Cheese, for sprinkling (optional)

Spray the pan with cooking spray.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan
Layer half of the ravioli.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Add the rest of the ravioli.
Top with cheese.
Bake covered for 30 minutes.
Then bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
This recipe was really good! It wasn't much different than typical ravioli, but the small amount of work it took to make this was so worth it.
