Roasted Cabbage Wedges
Here's an easy side dish or dinner recipe which doesn't take too much prep work and has a lot of inactivity time during which you can prepare something else or in my case work on a practice exam. The original recipe is from Martha Stewart.
-1 tablespoon plus 2 more tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
-1 medium head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch-thick rounds
-Coarse salt and ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 400.
|Place as many cabbage wedges on a foil lined pan as needed.|
I was cooking for one so I only made one.
|Drizzle with oil, top with salt and pepper.|
|Roast for 40 minutes.|
