Peach Dessert Ramen

A few weeks ago, my mom and I had a ramen noodle dinner, I made Cheesy Corn Ramen, and this peach ramen for dessert. My mom had pulled out the book she had, and there were so many good ideas, we made both things for our dinner. Probably not the healthiest, and definitely not an upscale meal, but they were both different than just making noodles from a packet, but were still easy and we already had all the ingredients.

This recipe comes from the book 101 Things to do with Ramen Noodles.

Ingredients:
-1 cup cream
-1 can peaches
-1/2 cup peach juice from the can
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-ramen noodle packet, without the seasoning
-1/2 cup frosted flakes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients except the cornflakes in a casserole dish.
Make sure the ramen are covered by the mixture.
Bake for 5 minutes, cover with the cornflakes,
then bake for 5 more minutes.

This wasn't as good as the cheesy corn ramen. It was a little odd to have noodles with the peaches. But the combination of the peaches, brown sugar, and frosted flakes were really good, so it made up for having noodles in a dessert. I also liked this because it was a good amount of food for just 2 people for a dessert, and it could be make in just one casserole dish.
