Fresh Parsley and Garlic Biscuits

I love to serve bread with meals, but I don't like to use yeast. For some reason I just never get good results with it...I think I'm not good at kneading. When I saw this recipe on Pinterest, I liked the simplicity of it. We served this with a spaghetti dinner.

Recipe from Jane's Sweets.

Ingredients:
-3 cups of All Purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
-2 and 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
-1 and 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. salt
-1 medium garlic clove, peeled and finely minced
-1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
-8 Tbsp. cold unsalted butter, diced
-2/3 cup buttermilk
-1/2 cup milk, plus more for brushing

Mix together the dry ingredients and then add the garlic and parsley. Cut in butter to make crumbled dough. Add the buttermilk and milk and combine to form a dough.

Roll out on a floured surface. Use a biscuit cutter and then place the biscuits on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with milk and bake 10-15 minutes at 425.

These were really good, the texture and taste reminded me of Red Lobster's cheddar bay biscuits. My brother melted cheddar cheese on his to try to recreate those biscuits. These were perfect and really good with pasta.
