Reese’s Bottomed Cheesecakes

I picked this recipe to try because it looked so easy, there is no baking even required. I also realized that Reese's fit almost perfectly in the bottom of a cupcake liner, so I think I'm going to try more combinations of desserts with Reese's on the bottom. This might also be a good recipe for the summer when you want a sweet dessert but don't want to use the oven.

This idea comes from Inspired Dreamer.

Ingredients:
-1 Box of No-Bake Cheesecake Mix
-1 1/12 cup milk
-12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
-1/2 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
-Paper Cupcake Liners

Place the Reese's at the bottom of the cupcake liners.
I tried a few mini ones, I broke the Reese's in half.
Blend the mix and the milk for 3 minutes.
Pour the mix in the cupcake liners.

Top with the graham cracker crumbs from the box.
Top with chocolate chips.

The only problem with this was that it was hard to eat. The cheesecake was really soft, so it was difficult to just pick up and eat without it falling all over, but the cold Reese's were too hard to eat with a spoon. I think next time I'll try something else on top that is a little more firm.
