Fall Sangria
1,600 views! Let's celebrate. Here's an easy to put together fall cocktail recipe. The original came from this website.
Ingredients:
-2 apples
-2 pears
-2 clementines
-2-3 cinnamon sticks
-1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
-3 oz triple sec or cointreau
-1 bottles of red wine (something fruity works best)
The original recipe made a lot of Sangria so I cut the recipe in half.
I know the recipe doesn't call for Sprite, but I'm not a wine person so I made more of a Sangria Spritzer. |
This recipe couldn't be easier! Cube the fruit and let it soak in the Triple Sec/Wine mixture. The longer it sits, the more the fruit will absorb the flavors.
This sangria was pretty good, the cinnamon makes the drink taste like fall. As with most sangria the best part is eating the fruit once the drink is empty.
