I'm a sucker for red velvet cake so this pin had me hooked as soon as I saw it. Also, the instructions are super simple.
Ingredients:
-1 box Red Velvet cake mix (ingredients needed to make cake eggs, oil & water)
-2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant Cheesecake-flavored pudding
-4 cups milk
-1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

Spread on whipped topping and serve. |
The cake was really moist and the cheesecake pudding did give a flavor reminiscent of the traditional cream cheese frosting that is traditionally on red velvet cake. Overall I think this was a success.
