Happy Soup Wednesday! I'm a big fan of chili, this recipe is an adaptation of this recipe combined with the comment from this Pinterest pin.

-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1/2 medium onion, diced
-5 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 6oz can of green chiles
-1 teaspoon chilli powder
-1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
-2 cans canellini beans
-6 cups vegetable broth or water
|Saute the onion in a large sauce pan for three minutes.|
|Saute the green chilies in the same pan for three-five minutes.|
|Add all other ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour.|
|Serve topped with cheese.|
