P.D

This is the companion sandwich to The a.n.b. from earlier in the month. The a.n.b. was my idea of the "perfect" grilled cheese, the P.D. is Dave's answer to the question, "what belongs on the perfect grilled cheese?".

Ingredients:
-Wheat bread
-Fresh tomatoes
-Cucumber
-Romano cheese
-Peperoncini

Alecia: This was a nice fresh sandwich, the elements all came together really nicely. I think this needed some sort of sauce, maybe a seasoned mayo? I think that would have helped tie everything together. And the romano did not melt as nicely as we wanted it too.
