Brie with Capers and Olives

This sandwich is the result of cleaning out our fridge. As a food blogger, it's not uncommon for me to end up with half filled jars of ingredients filling up the fridge. In an effort to make room for new ingredients, this sandwich was born.

-Wheat bread, without crusts
-Roasted red peppers

Alecia & Dave: This was good, not spectacular. The briny olive and capers went well together. The roasted red pepper added some subtle flavor. Brie is my favorite for grilled cheese, it melts so nicely, but overall this was just an okay sandwich overall.
