Fried Pickle Grilled Cheese

I love fried pickles, so why not incorporate them into a grilled cheese? This grilled cheese also includes a cheese from Sargento's Tastings collection. I think most grocery stores have the brand now, there are ten different flavors and each comes in a small portion. I think they're perfect for making a cheese plate, because everyone gets to sample a variety and there isn't a huge block of cheese leftover.

Ingredients
-Multi-grain bread
-Fried pickles
-New Zealander Cheese
-Grainy mustard

To make the fried pickles, dredge the pickle slices in milk, then in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Fry in a skillet of hot oil and drain on a plate covered in paper towels.

Alecia: I liked this. The whole sandwich overall was pretty powerful, this cheese is really sharp, the pickles were briney and the mustard sharp. All flavors which I enjoy.
Dave: You could distinguish a couple different phenomena the bite of the mustard, the vinegar kick of the pickle and the sharpness of the cheese. It was complemented by a nice firm hearty bread and a little bit of breading inside.
